Janda Busse Projects
The system has been successfully implemented worldwide in over 700 projects. Janda Busse Treatment Systems Inc. is NOW making this system available to the Canadian market.
Project 1: RIVER ROAD Janda Busse Treatment Systems is starting out with a highly complex and challenging project in Ladner, BC. The development of six single family houses [www.river-residences.ca] calls for an on-site treatment system, as municipality sewage hook-up is not available. The properties are located on the southern shoreline of the Fraser River's south arm right in an environmentally highly sensitive area with active fish habitat. The area is red coded by authorities.
Janda Busse Treatment Systems is delivering a system which treats the sewage of the house located on the dyke and will discharge the bacteria free and germ free effluent to the Fraser River.
To make things more complicated, authorities called for an extra feed of the float homes - moored on the shoreline of each of the six lots - into the system located in the utility room of the house on land. The Janda Busse System will treat the sewage of two houses, whereas one is located on the water. Challenges include the tides, currents and movements of the constructions on the water (docks, float homes, ramps), as well as the outfall positioning on the bottom of the river, away from the navigation channel.
Project 2: MARINA After finishing the pilot plant of project 1, Janda Busse Treatment Systems will equip a marina with the system. Again, currents, tides and wave actions become an issue, as well as peak demand/flow on week-ends from recreational boaters.
Project 3: FLOAT HOMES The system has been successfully integrated into Float Homes worldwide.
Project 4: FISHING CAMPS The system is currently running in a Pilot Project for a fish farming operation in Europe.
Project 5: BOATS & YACHT Janda Busse Treatment Systems have been succesfully installed in boats and yachts.
